Responsibilities of board members:

• Committing to live ASoP's vision and mission and serving ASoP's members as leaders and mentors
• Actively advancing and expanding ASoP and its impact on the discipline of pharmacometrics
• Attending the regular meetings of the Board of Directors held 3 times per year.
• Transacting all detailed business required to fulfill the purpose and objectives of ASoP.
• Approving or disapproving the recommendations of Standing Committees.
• Being responsible for all expenditures of ASoP.
• Creating, dissolving or changing Committees and appointing their chairpersons.
• Appointing the Editor of ASoP-related journals and approving recommendations the Publications Committee on matters of policy concerning ASoP journals
